Pop Up Conveyor System

A Pop-Up Transfer Roller Conveyor is a material-handling system designed to transfer loads—such as cartons, pallets, bins, trays, or containers—from one conveyor line to another at a 90° angle or across intersecting conveyor paths.

When a transfer is required:

1. The pop-up mechanism raises the transfer rollers above the main conveyor.
2. The rollers engage with the load.
3. The rollers move the load laterally onto the adjacent conveyor.
4. The mechanism lowers back to its original position, allowing the main conveyor to resume normal operation.
